The use of haptics is quite nice and the adaptive triggers are getting used although the way they are vibrating would concern me over time from a durability perspective, also the light surrounding the touchpad on the Dualsense seems to go bonkers (flashing red) when you're braking.
There is a dialogue box on the right stating more options are available under 'advanced' but there is no advanced tab. Other players were having the same issue as me so I replied in the Twitter thread to offer this workaround.įirst impressions : the 60fps and visually overhaul on the cars both internal and external view and trackside detail is very much welcome but the mirrors and any onboard screens in the vehicle are still a bit rough looking, replays are still not on par with the PC version and I'm sure the FAQ I read yesterday claimed we would have more options within 'video' most notably an FOV slider but its not there. The other possibility is that if you have a save file in the cloud then delete the console file so you can actually play the game and then re-download cloud save if and when they patch it. If this is the only workaround until they possibly patch it then it could prove a bit more bothersome if they have some serious time invested into so far. I could re-download the PS4 version of the game and try again but I'm not that fussed as I'd not sank that many hours into a career mode etc.

Update : deleted my PS4 save file from my PS5 and its now working ok, I did then try downloading my save from the cloud but it doesn't migrate into the PS5 version. Not working for me, immediately crashes to the PS5 dashboard after pressing start
